We are performing a series of scheduled upgrades to our core AWS infrastructure to enhance the performance of the Agentic Drafting Engine and the Legal OS API.

What to expect:

Performance: You may experience brief periods of latency (under 60 seconds) while we scale our RDS clusters.

Availability: No total downtime is expected; however, background processing for OCR and Neural Search may be throttled during these windows.
